Know more about Early Steps
A graduate of IIT and Harvard and Early steps founder Sneha, has won more than 200 awards in debates and international competitions. While these early experiences helped her achieve success in global settings, she was deeply troubled by the fact that many of her brilliant friends around the world were unable to find great jobs or have their careers stagnated. She speaks at a 10-year-old UNICEF conference and has found that smart people who lack the training or knowledge to think and communicate with confidence find it difficult to navigate the real world and ultimately fail to reach their full potential. With this pain in her heart and the desire to make education relevant and interesting, she started the Early Steps Academy. Early Steps Academy offers live online classes to teach over 1,000 key 21st-century topics and skills to students ages 8-18, using the case study method pioneered at Harvard.
Early Steps prefers the Case study method
The case study method pioneered at Harvard is known to develop high-level cognitive learning skills and help students master not only concepts but also critical thinking, real-world problem solving, and strong communication skills. Through the open-ended real-world problems presented in the case studies, students can not only gain endless real-world knowledge and confidence but also connect key concepts to their lives.
Because all of the Early Steps cases are based on real-world challenges students face in the news and the world around them, case study live online classes make learning relevant and engaging.
