Finally, Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi will play host to the Winter Wonderland Event. This will be held from the first week of December through Christmas Day right up to the New Year. One can expect daily live shows with many different entertainers attending. Carnival lovers can participate in upcoming carnivals and arts and crafts exhibitions. A proper snow zone for the kids, along with festive food and drink will also be planned and activities involving cookie decorating contests and face painting will be live. A miniature train runs around the promenade while Santa and his elves will be seated on the premise. The Christmas ambiance will, of course, be about the bustling market, the melodies of school choirs, and the elegance of dance performances.
